Steve Boykin provided a timely, fair estimate and survey and kept me informed throughout the process. He was always available to answer any questions I had. We were very impressed with the service provided by Metcalf Movers. We loaded one day and unloaded the next. The truck and crew arrived when they said they would at each leg of the move.
The crew was phenomenal. We had many heavy boxes and furniture and the crew took it all in stride. They worked well together and cared about our home and belongings. They took great care in making sure the floors, walls and our possessions were protected. They cleaned up and worked efficiently. They finished the job in the estimated amount of time, even though we suggested they take a break after moving some of the larger pieces.
We will definitely recommend Metcalf to people we know need moving services.

Amazing. I never post reviews, but feel obligated to because of how great they were. First, these guys were able to get something scheduled pretty last minute because I ended up moving out of my place a month earlier than anticipated to help out the new tenants. I also tried to change something about my original request and (thankfully) they recommended sticking with the original plan. They know what they are doing and the team they sent was fantastic! Really kind and genuinely good people, they handled a teenager better than I do. I couldn’t have asked for more. I will definitely be using them again in the future if we have to move.
